One little monkey

Well, it was a normal Sat. nite, Joe and I were watching the end of a football game, Ken and Sam were sitting with us and I sent the other 3 to bed. Well, Cheyenne, Doug, and Abby thought it would be fun to jump on the bed. So I heard a crash immediately followed by a cry and I asked Abby if she was okay. She said she was okay, so I continued to watch game. A minute later she came back and said her fingers were bleeding. Unfortunately it wasn't her fingers, so 2 staples later, she's back to normal. She's one tough cookie!

Cheyenne's 3rd grade project

So Cheyenne had her big 3rd grade project and we did it in 2 days! Of course she wanted to do it the moment she received the assignment, but she's got a mom who works better under pressure. I thought she was going to dry up from all the tears she was shedding, but apparently we don't run out of those things. She really is creative and loves to do anything crafty. She drew everything out the way she wanted and with a little compromise on colors we were on our way. If you didn't get all the photos let me know and I'll send them.

Master Sam

Sam will be 6 mo. on the 8th! I can't believe how fast he is growing. He started eating rice cereal this week along with carrots and sweet potatoes. The kids love playing with him most of the time, but can only handle about 5 min. and then they're done. He also started playing in this little jumper and loves it. Joe has Sam giving him high 5's, the kids think that's great.
