Celebrity Apprentice

For the past year and a half I have been sending everyone emails or calling asking for a favor to be my communications customer. I know alot of you were probably a bit scared to try my services because you weren't sure about the company I'm working with.

Well this Sunday night at 9/8 central on NBC, Donald Trump will be introducing my company on his show, The Celebrity Apprentice! I'm really excited about it and I hope all of you will watch the show for me.

When your friends and family ask you if you watched The Apprentice and want to know how to get the service that will be featured on the show, I would be most grateful if you would tell them that your friend, cousin, sister, niece, daughter, granddaughter is an ACN business owner and can help them out.

This huge favor will help me boost my business as well as create the second income I'm trying to provide for our family so I don't have to work outside of our home. I'm thankful for everyone's support!

Cheyenne turns 10!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Cheyenne had some of her friends over to celebrate her b-day. They played a couple of games, decorated cookies, watched a little HSM3, and enjoyed being girls. Cheyenne has some great friends and I'm grateful for them all.

I love my baby girl!

Staple Removal

Joe took out Doug's staples on Thursday night. It was a quick 1 min. ordeal, but Doug was freaked out and probably thought he was going to die. I saw it as a great picture moment! Thank goodness Joe did the neuro rounds at St. John's or we would have to go to the office for the staple removal! :P HaHa!

Ken

Kenny is such a sweet boy. He knows exactly when I need a big hug or kiss on the cheek. He is so helpful and does his part to help around the house. He is extremely smart and always does his best in school. I'm so grateful he was sent to me.

One Tough Weekend

It all started 2 Saturdays ago. Joe was at a screening and we were getting ready to for a play date with our friends. We were only going to be home for 20 min to eat lunch. The girl's were inside helping me cook and the boys were outside playing with some other boys in the neighborhood. Not 2 min outside and Douglas comes in screaming bloody murder, I was at that moment frustrated. Then Kenneth comes in another door not talking but very scared looking. I asked a couple of times what happened but no one would say anything, I then lost my temper and the screaming started. Kenneth finally got it out that he accidentally hit Doug in the head with a hockey stick, so I looked at his head and blood was everywhere. I got a towel and wiped it off and it was wide open. Kenneth got in more trouble then he needed to and I could have handled the whole situation better and I apologized for totally loosing my cool. We finished lunch and dropped everyone off at the play date, except for Doug, and then I was off to the E.R. 3 hours, 2 staples, a Tetanus shot, and a sonic sunday later we were home from our adventure. The next day, Sunday, we went to our friends house, Jen and Jared, for dinner and rock band. The kids were all playing in the play room and we were rocking out, then I heard that all to familiar scream from one of my kids. This time it was Abby. I looked away from my awesome bass playing and saw a big swollen eyelid on my Abbalicious. Doug had jumped right into her face with his head. HOLY CRAP!!!! Just a little harder and we would of made another trip to the E.R. to sow up her eyelid. The next morning Abby came to my room and woke me up. Her eye looked horrible and she couldn't open it. She said she wanted to go to the store to get a pirate patch so no one would see her eye. I laughed inside and felt super bad for her. So for a whole week she had some interesting color changes on her eyelid.

Destruction

Sam has a destructive side to him. The other day he wanted Joe to get all of our buckets down so he could play with them. So Joe did and Sam arranged them on the floor and then started kicking practice. It was really funny to watch him set it all up and then destroy. He also liked the bucket as a hat. :)

Dr. Joseph Hall D.C.

Last night I was listening to Joe talk to a friend of ours back in Texas and it occurred to me that I have never advertised for my hubby! We moved here to Idaho two and a half years ago from Pasadena, TX. It was actually the day after he graduated from chiropractic school. Joe is very passionate about chiropractic and enjoys helping people. He worked extremely hard in school to become the best doctor there is out there. I'm very proud of all his hard work and dedication to this field. Our family has greatly benefited from chiropractic care. During my last baby delivery I hurt my tailbone and could barely walk and definitely could not sit. Joe was able to adjust me and minutes later I was able to sit and walk comfortably. Little Sam was adjusted 2 days after being born, most people don't think of children needing to be adjusted but they need it just as much as the rest of us. When Douglas had a heavy schedule with gymnastics he had an adjustment after every practice. Young athletes put their bodies through alot.
I'm grateful for all Joe does for us and for his patients. If you are in need of chiropractic treatment I've put a link to his website on the right of my page!

Health Update

So I've been struggling with Crohn's since Dec. the end of January it got really bad, so my mom flew up from Mckinney to help us with the kids while I rested. I had blood tests done, which all came back normal, so that's great. I also had a CT Scan and it showed some thickening of my small intestine in one area which happens to be the area that was hurting like H***.
Since I'm done nursing and having kids Joe has put me on a heavy vitamin and mineral regimen to help nourish and heal my body. I have felt a lot better the past few days. I still have some rough moments during the day, but not as horrible as it was 2 weeks ago. I'm supposed to go to the gastro dr. next week and get a colonoscopy done, not too excited about that because we've been down that road before with no answer. So I pray that the natural approach works. I want to thank everyone who has been so helpful with meals, my kids, and just wonderful friendships! It was wonderful to have my mom here. The kids absolutely enjoyed every minute of her being here as did I! I am also grateful for Stuart all of his medical help, thanks for being a super Doc.

Happy Valentine's Day

So this year I thought I would finally use my talent and make sugar cookies for my monkey's to give to their friends at school instead of cards. It all seemed fine until I realized that I have 4 kids in school, but I already gave my word, so my overnighter began. I was 3 short of 100 cookies on my kitchen table. It took me all night to get them done, but I really enjoyed it. I then had an order from one of the girls at the office so I made cupcakes for all 4 of the girls and put them in cute boxes. Then I decided to take cookie orders for Valentine's Day. It felt great to bake. It's my outlet, my own world. I can't wait to have a bigger home. I really would like to have a 3 car garage and convert the 3rd area into a bakery. I'm also looking at going to culinary school. I've really thought about what I would like to do and it's baking. There are so many things I could do, but will I love it and still be at home with the kids? Heavenly Father blessed me with a wonderful talent, so I should make the most of it!

happy birthday joey

January 21 was Joe's 34th birthday. We took him to Applebee's for dinner and then we had cake and gifts at home. So the 21st was a wed. and that's the night the men play basketball. I got joe some new basketball shoes so he was off to play. Not 30 min later he was back. I figured he sprained his ankle, but no he broke his hand. I instantly started crying and had a huge panic attack. Hello!!!!!!!! He's a chiropractor. So his hand will take a bit longer to heal, but he has been able to take care of his patients.
